The Singapore Creative Writing Residency is looking for its second resident – the first was UK poet Jay Bernard – to stay at Cinnamon College of National University of Singapore from July to December 2013 and work on a manuscript in English. If you're an emerging, published writer of fiction or non-fiction, prose, verse, stage play, radio play or screenplay, send a proposal and portfolio by 18 January 2013.
