Put those New Year resolutions on hold – Marina Bay Sands plays host to a three-day Epicurean Market and this’ll be your best opportunity to get acquainted with the complex’s myriad of food and beverage offerings from the coterie of acclaimed chefs and 80 establishments. Some of the Sands’ restaurant superstars like Daniel Boulud, Tetsuya Wakuda, Justin Quek, Nancy Silverton and Hide Yamamoto will also make their appearances at the fair, and a programme of masterclasses, tastings, talks, demonstrations and workshops are scheduled to take that home cook hobby to new heights.
