Flight of 5 Desserts & Cocktails Experience

Japanese bartender Shuzo Nagumo and local chef Janice Wong team up to create a five-course pairing of cocktails and desserts at 2am:dessertbar. Served over this 3-day long weekend, pairings include bamboo leaf-infused Grey Goose vodka with popping candy or a fusion of grilled mikan peek sake and chocolate bitters with smoked pineapple, coconuts and corn.
