At this point past the noughties, hating PowerPoint is just about as clichéd and trite as PowerPoint itself. PechaKucha would like to make an exception, however. Japanese for chit-chat, PechaKucha invites selected guests to give presentations using 20 slides, with each slide showing for only 20 seconds. Speakers at its sixth installation include Jason Pomeroy, an award-winning architect, photographer Aik Beng Chia, Silicon Valley entrepreneur Yvan Castilloux and others.
