I bought this month's issue in and was looking forward to a Filipino fair of food, fun and games today (21st November), with free admission (as written on p.55 bottom left). Upon arriving at the National Museum, I was informed by the customer service that there was NO MORE FAIR (already occurred on 31st-1st November), and there was only a workshop today which required an admission price of $25. Imagine the disappointment of my entire family who journeyed all the way to the national museum. I am very disappointed with the poor information delivered by this publication.
