Celebrate Bincho's first anniversary with a selection of their signature dishes and a Kagami-Biraki, a ceremony where a sake barrel will be broken open. Guests are invited to partake in the sake until the barrel runs dry, while pairing the drink with a special seven-course set menu ($88) of chef Asai Masashi's specialty dishes, which includes a chicken liver mirin pate, chargilled beef tongue with garlic, hearty tsukune don and a platter of yakitori.
