Christmas in July Wine Dinner

All things go a little crazy when down under - including Christmas, which is celebrated twice in Australia as winter falls during July in the Southern Hemisphere. To honour this tradition, Merchants of Singapore is hosting its inaugural Christmas in July wine dinner. Enjoy a feast of roast turkey, salmon and roast beef, topped off by a Christmas plum pudding hand-carried from Australia to Merchants by wine-maker Andrew Koerner. Six wines from the Blue Pyrenees Estate will be introduced, including the award-winning Sparkling Shiraz (pictured).
