Enjoy National Day at Catalunya in a true Singaporean fashion - with food, of course. Head over to Catalunya's Facebook page to vote for your favourite local ingredient from a list of five items: pandan, frog's legs, crab, black chicken and baby kai-lan. The one with the most votes by 27 Jul will be turned into a mouthwatering dish by Executive Chef Alain Devahive to be served specially on 9 Aug.
Besides Devahive's delectable creation, guests of Catalunya can also look forward to sipping on locally-flavoured cocktails such as the calamansi mojito and mumbai colada (which contains kaya mix) while watching the spectacular fireworks display.
