Time Out says

Among the marquee attractions at this large-scale four-day gourmet festival is a two-storey air-conditioned Gourmet Market peddling everything from New Zealand avocado oil to edible Japanese candy toys. You’ll also find a 300-seat auditorium fitted with an advanced kitchen for chef masterclasses, and a Gourmet Village where 12 Michelin-starred chefs from 18 restaurants from around the world – including Alvin Leung from Hong Kong – create over 60 signature dishes ($6-$18). Presented by Nespresso.

Cost: $35 Savour Pass (access to Gourmet Market only); $55-$65 Savour Premier Pass (lunch or dinner access to both Gourmet Village and Gourmet Market).
