You’ll also find a 300-seat auditorium fitted with an advanced kitchen for chef masterclasses, and a Gourmet Village where 12 Michelin-starred chefs from 18 restaurants from around the world – including Alvin Leung from Hong Kong – create over 60 signature dishes ($6-$18).
