After a wildly successful run at Creatory, chef Damian D'Silva launches another pop up, serving his Asian-flavoured, kick-ass South East Sliders of pastry buns, hugging hearty flavours like beef rendang in the Limpeh slider and very spicy devil curry named after The Big D himself.
The food stand will also be doing special deliveries of their sandwiches to CBD-area offices on 18 and 19 September, with a minimum order of ten sliders. See South East Sliders' Facebook page for details.
