Mikkel Borg Bjergsø, a former maths and physics high school teacher and founder of the three-time Danish Brewery of the Year Mikkeller, brings his self-proclaimed 'gypsy' brewery's unconventional beers to this year's food-and-beer pairing dinner featuring locally-inspired grub, organised by local craft beer suppliers The Drinking Partners.
