LovingSG Trails

This virtual guided tour-cum-interactive game takes participants to Singapore’s lesser-known landmarks and attractions. Created as part of the 2012 National Day Parade, smartphone users download the ‘NDP On The Go’ app and upload their photo when they reach the first stop in order to unlock clues about the next attraction. Participants who are able to check in at all ten attractions stand to win prizes.

Four trails will be unveiled every two weeks: Heritage Trail (19 May-9 Jun for Android users, 26 May-9 Jun for iPhone users) takes you to war heritage sites and conserved landmarks; Urban Trail (17-30 Jun) showcases iconic buildings in the city; Green Trail (1-14 Jul) features lesser-known parks as well as new green landmarks like Punggol Waterfront; and Food Trail (15-29 Jul) points you to eateries serving Singapore’s famous local dishes.
