Project Dreamcatchers 2014

Photovoice SG teams up with DREAMCATCHERS - youths from NUH's Adolescent Chronic Illness Support Group Programme - to present this inspiring, mix-medium photo exhibition to spread an important message: childhood chronic illnesses are not disabling. Catch the exhibition at the SMU De Suantio gallery from 25th July - 10th August 2014. Opens daily from 11am to 8pm.
