In this exhibition by Valerie Ng, the artist deals with the duality of forces and the unpredictability of nature. The tactile quality of Ng’s oil paintings reflects on natural surfaces, and works made from papier-mâché will demonstrate the renewal of materials and variation of form.

I just came back from visiting Valerie's Elemental Shifts exhibits and am very impressed and encouraged by her portrayal of the natural elements in such graphic and tranquil adaptations. Her selection of hues leaves a deep impact and gentle reminder on how lovely nature is in reality. Awesome work, Valerie :-)
