Originally from the other side of the Causeway, but active both in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, Sulaiman is no stranger to critical acclaim. His skilfully rendered plays are thought provoking and highly charged, and he has a long track record of dramatic hits, from the satirical Atomic Jaya and the musical Hip-Hopera to this year’s collaboration with W!ld Rice’s Man Singapore Theatre Festival, The Weight of Silk on Skin.
