Spread over three levels and 4,149 square metres, this library is often frequented by nearby residents of all ages. The ground level features children's books, magazines, newspapers, multimedia services, borrowing stations and an exhibition area, while the second storey offers the unique comics corner, a quiet reading room and the cyberian kiosk, where users can speak to a librarian via phone for assistance. On the top level are the lecture hall and meeting room. As one of the first public libraries to offer audio-visual loan services with video and CD-ROM lending, the library has over 14,000 materials for the public.
