Johnnie Walker at Amber Lounge will undoubtedly be the place to party over the race weekend. Thought up by Sonia Irvine (sister to the UK's ex-formula 1star Eddie), the Amber Lounge nightclub started in 2003 and has been present at the most glamorous Grand Prix locations around the world including Monaco, Shanghai and Barcelona.
So if you've already splashed the cash on race tickets, why stop there? The party starts on the 26 September ─ but only if you are lucky enough to be invited. On 27 and 28 September tickets are available to the general public, but be prepared to pay the price ─ a standard VIP ticket will set you back €500 (S$1,040), a classic VIP table for eight guests with unlimited free drinks is €3,995 S$8,320) and a VVIP table will cost you a mere €7,250 (S$15,100) per table (again for eight guests with unlimited free drinks). But hey, on Singapore Grand Prix weekend you've got to get involved and if you want to feel like a celebrity and party with them too, this is the place to hang out.

I think it will be back next year so not once in a lifetime. Why are tickets for Singaporeans more expensive than they were in Barcelona for Spaniards?
