The weekend party continues to Sentosa's most famous clubbing hotspot with resident DJ The Professor manning the decks, playing a mash-up of house, funk, soul and downtempo lounge. If you feel up for a bite of brunch, try their House-crafted Bagel ($14) with smoked trout, red onions, tomatoes and cucumbers, or go for the heartier Mexican Breakfast Quesadilla ($25) - a concoction of tomatillo and poblano braised chicken and scrambled egg wrapped in a tortilla with dollops of fresh guacamole, sour cream and roasted tomato salsa.
