There’s competition in this part of town from Screening Room’s alfresco balcony bar, but Breeze more than holds its own. One look at the staff decked out in gauzy Thai-style garb and you know you’re in for a relaxed night at this rooftop terrace at the chic Scarlet Hotel. Settle into a cushy daybed, take in the lush tropical foliage and red-tiled shophouse roofs beyond, and zone out to the jazzy world music soundtrack. You almost won’t need a drink to unwind. We recommend you have one though, particularly the passionfruit martini or cosmolito. Bar bites are also available.
