Bars and nightclubs in Singapore
Novus Café, Bar & Courtyard
With its exquisitely prepared food and classy furnishings, eating at Novus Restaurant makes for a helluva good dinner date, so it’s no wonder the place is always booked up. But if you’re the sort who eschews food for booze, you’ll be happy to know that there is always space at the bar. Station yourself at the long bar within the posh interior or outside in the lovely courtyard – if you don’t mind the occasional mozzie. But sacrificing a little blood is nothing when you consider the brilliant cocktails served up, with names such as Raspberry Sizzle ($20) and Pink Guavatini ($16). Drink promos change on a nightly basis, so call ahead and check.

I do agree with Bo pian.
aiyah pple like u ask about wtf salmon came from and tea bags/ leaves, why bother?? raise your own chicken, plants ur own veggies to consume fresher right? fish is fish - dead, tea is tea - drink. Tap water - pple like u ask for tap water, then lemon slice, then ice and lastly straw, after that all ur 20 or so friends want the same FREE! want free things go river valley temple eat vegetarian lunch lah. cannot get complain like modesty outraged kenar cussed like that. make abit of $$ go out enjoy no need to act like princess and high class n give poor waiters hard time, if wanna act high class dun ask for free water. tip for u: i go kopi tiam ask uncle for free water with ask also kenar dirty look and pay $0.20.
Terrible service and the staff lacked knowledge. They couldn't tell me whether or not the salmon is farm-raised or wild-caught. They couldn't tell me whether the tea came were served in tea bags or loose leaf. To make matters worse, they refused to serve tap water with my meal at the cafe (the 2 bottled water selections costs just as much as some of the dishes)! They said they don't serve tap water; Yet, when asked what water they use for their teas, coffee and and other drinks, they don't use bottled water but tap! I canceled my order and will never go back there again.
