What used to be Top 10, is now Top 5. An institution of Four Floors, the set-up of the club is pure class. Multi-tiered seating options overlook a large stage with a flashing light display spelling out random words. Gone are the Filipino bands doing covers of Top 40 hits, these days, live music entertainment comes in the form of a Taiwanese rock band. Yes, we’re just as perturbed. The establishment attracts the most Asians in the complex, one can only guess they’re gearing up for the influx of mainland clientele expected later in the year when the IRs (Integrated Resorts) throw open their doors.

I was there with 2 friends last Friday. They had 2 rounds of Russian dancers, then 1 Asian bunch followed by the band. The band was great! The drummer, keyboardist, bassist and guitar player can sing well. It's fun watching them. But I was apprehensive about approaching one of the punky Russian dancers whom I thought was really hot. Wanted to talk to her. And you don't necessarily have to spend money on the girls or even talk to them. Just go there to enjoy the view of them dancing and the great band! Would go again.

I'm shocked abt this place, everything has changed greatly. A half years ago, everything was much better, beautiful Russian girls who could dance well, especially remembered the blonde with big tits, looking like Britney. It was amazing dancer. I was there last night. The girls look scary, all the ugly, and absolutely don't know how to dance. Can't even talk to them if you not buy a drink, they are very arrogant. Impossible just sit there, the girls come one by one and ask to buy a drink. Also very bad service, waiters have to call several times and they absolutely don't pay attention to you. This is a terrible place. Don't go there if you're not ready to spend at least $ 500 as soon as the money runs out, you're immediately will be alone.

Quite a good place to go, if you have the spending power. Good music although service is a little bit bad.

When you walk into the place and see a dozen scantily dressed Russian women what did you think, Sister Mary Joseph organized a late night field trip for Catholoic schoolgirls to Singapore? Do you really think any Eastern European women are polite and defferential (mouse-ee) like Asian women? Yeah, you're going to pay a lot to talk to some rough Western girls. If that's not what you want don't go there. It seems like a bit of a cheap shot to complain that you're getting ripped-off. If you've been around the block you should know what you're in for after 3 minutes in the place.

Went with friends such a bad place bad service and top of that if u want to be with Russian grils for company in bar u have to buy $180 wine for her. this place bad, Pls do not go.

Yeah, agreed to all above. If you wanna waste your money you go that place. Even few months back girls were better and at least could dance somehow. Now it's just a bunch of crooks to rip you off with chicken brains. Cheap looking gals will set you back with premium price for absolutely nothing in return. Ipanema is an obvious choice.

I was just ripped off by one of the black-haired Russian girls early this morning ,she seduced me with her sexual dance, i bought her drinks ask for her phone no, she said an arrangement could be made after work at a price i took her phone no and when i called her, it was the wrong no. What the hell just a bunch of Con Women. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

It was a long time since i went to Top 5 where all the Russian dancers were respectable, just sat with the customers had drinks and dance. Last week, after a long time i headed there with my friend and i really felt that the place changed so much. The Russian girls looked so cheap; there was one particular girl soliciting my friend into buying her drinks by allowing him to touch her and kissing her and even offered something extra, if you know what i am saying. Top 5 has become one of those sleazy joints.

Top 5, rude waiters, bad service and the worst a really noisy barman who keeps shouting when the DJ is playing his music , pls keep quiet its irritating we are trying to enjoy ourself , its bad enough the waiters are rude , we have to tolerate this noise. By the way please return our change when purchase of drinks are being made, not regard it as tips .

There is this particular [edited] guy with a bit dyed hair plum and looks like a pig, he was so rude gave me such an attitude I got so fed up told all my friends to leave. Too bad for TOP 5 we were really willing to spend our money there but with the bad services and problematic waiters, there will never be a next time.

Went for the first last night with a group of friends(first timers too)and got ripped by 3 russians girls and a thai a round of drinks costing over $200.00. They were hostesses at the place(which we didn't know) Only after they finished their drinks and when we asked them to come with us, then they told us and walked off. Do not go to this place.It put a damper on our short holiday. Go to Ipanema World music bar on the 2nd floor instead. Better music, atmosphere and more women and at least u know u won't get ripped off like at Top 5

To say that this place is a rip-off would be the understatement of the decade! Beware of $18 lady drinks!! Moreover, some of the white (Russian, I think) dancer girls are incredibly rude. Once bitten twice shy! Not recommended!! Its places like this that gives Singapore a bad name with regard to tourism. I would rather sit at a hawker center and drink more reasonably priced beer with normal people
