The Bacchus Wine Bar sits on the rooftop of a former lighthouse, to one side of the Fullerton Hotel and just opposite the harbour. Run by a wine expert whose retail shops are the haunts of enthusiasts, it offers a comprehensive list of old and new world wines, plus a stunning view from the open-air deck.
