This two-level spot serves food downstairs and takes the concept of ‘watering hole’ very seriously upstairs. At one end of the spacious outdoor deck, outfitted with Moroccan-style lighting and white vinyl daybeds, sits a mosaic-clad jacuzzi tub. Sure it’s tiny and the water’s cold, but it somehow belongs in a place that sells shots by the half-dozen or dozen and frat-style concoctions like the Graveyard, which contains all the white spirits plus Guinness.
