Club-class cocktails on Club Street
Channel NewsAsia presenter Patrick Fok has joined up with three friends to open what they boast is the only bar on Club Street dedicated to cocktails and mixology. With many similar haunts around the city picking up a snobby reputation, Bartini seems set on avoiding this and has games like Jenga and Four Square (the board game, not social media platform) making appearances on tables, as well as a chill lounge towards the back, where you can catch football and rugby matches. Luckily they are serving San Miguel (pint $13) on tap. For cocktails we’d recommend the Fire and Ice ($20), a mélange of watermelon liquor, vodka, fresh watermelon and red chilli pepper for heat.
