This karaoke pub has been around since the early 1990s and has always proudly bared the rainbow flag. Contrary to its name, you won’t find cows or coolies here. Instead, you’ll get a queer mix of women in their early twenties and thirties, with men in office-wear singing Mando-pop tunes. The men and women may not sing in the same choir, but everyone gets along famously. The guys know full well they won’t have girls harassing them to buy drinks, so the unspoken arrangement works for everyone – the ladies can enjoy their cocktails and conversation, and the lads can sing to their hearts’ content. Bar owner Joey knows most of her regulars by name and is often seen mingling with the happy campers. It’s all fun and merry-making here with good conversation and often not-so-good singing.

The Bar is so-so, but the most important is DONT STAY ON THEIR BACKPACKER'S INN! Unless you like to experience hell on earth. VERY RUDE WOMEN CARETAKERS who do not respect Sleeping guests or shall I say trying so hard to sleep because of the loud-mouthed owners and caretakers. They just don't care.

The bar and pool table are reminiscene of the old western bar & tavern. The regulars that go there are a hoot. They make the place fun.
