Don’t let the name mislead you into thinking there’s wild game to be hunted. Instead, what you’ll find is a laidback, alfresco spot located smack bang in the city. Surrounded by lush greenery and water fountains that never fail to amuse, the bar offers a standard selection of martinis, housepours, liquors, and more than 30 types of wines all day. If you’re a beer guzzler, Heineken and Erdinger Weiss are available on tap, along with a wide range of bottled beers.

Eating here on a Saturday night, we found the restaurant very quiet. Tap water is not served and you have to pay for mineral water - never justifiable in Singapore. The menu is very small indeed consisting mainly of colour-by-numbers pasta, steak and burger dishes. The Thai-style seafood salad was good but the fried soft shell crab was hiding in his extensive batter. Pasta was pretty much as you would cook at home. Lovely looking venue but missing something.
