Wat a waste...!!! Perfectly great ambience and design...!!! But the service and the kitchen staffs sucks!!! Their food dont never think think about again!!! Do somethings KPO managements...

If anyone looking for some kool sexy woman for a drink from the car industry and have some fun too,this is the in Club in Singapore ,KPO@Killiney .A lot act Kool Guy standing around to see any happening and also a lot of Foreign ExPat. Buaya looking for ONS too. This is the place KPO .But for the service if you hold a Amex Centurion or a Amex Plat. Charge Card and the service is a lot better .Typical Singaporean attitude,LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!. But if anyone who give tips more than a $100 every nite your name will be definitely on the high lists. Went there many times but the service is still acceptable as there is a shortage of service staffs and I believe the KPO management is not very experience in the service industry and also employing all the wrong attitude staffs in this service industry. The Management should be always to be blame and not the service staffs . To me a lot of young guys who drive exotic cars are not the Street Smart or the super rich kids on the block . Most of them are spoil bread or just typical Singaporean trying show off to young exec. ladies who only know material lifestyle . But KPO is still a very good place to hang out and meet friends if you are not fusssy above the service .As I am just 5 minutes away from KPO only where I am staying now. Hope to see more Kool and sexy well dress woman in KPO every nite. Ciao.

I will agree that the ambience and design are nice, too bad it was not accomplished with good manner from the staffs. Went there 2 times with some friends and each time I stepped out from the place, I felt like paying a 5 star hotel price for the beer with hawker centre service. No more KPO for me, there are bunch of better drinking places outthere worth for my $

I love this place for its nice ambience. Lucky a waitress served us and we are glad to be able to find a seat on a Thursday nite. This place is worth to check it out.

I was there last night for dinner and drinks. Its a lovely place, nice architecture but the service and attitude of the staff there sucks! We had to find our own seating or we'd be left there standing and waiting. The service staff there obviously do not believe in service with a smile...the one who served us had such a black face the whole night. As others commented what's with the demand for the credit card immediately upon ordering food/drinks! Strange!

the thing i hate about this place: you cant hold on to the bill unless you have a certain credit card. its ridiculous! people like to drink and enjoy; bill later. it made me feel tense instead, paying on the spot everytime my drink comes. tsk tsk.

Food only average which is forgivable if only the nice environment was not spoiled by lethargic and lounging servers who basically stand around trying to ignore frantic wavers for service.

KPO has beautiful views, thats a true. What I don't understand is their mentality and style of asking you for payment before your orders has arrived. They should learn from the general industry that everything is of COD. Not payment before delivery. I agree on the bad service comment btw.

That bad huh the service? I heard that they only serve "Atas" people there. Well, compared to places overseas, most of Singapore's drinking places are of low standard in service. I would rather pay $100 to fly to Thailand for a weekend of cheap booze and hot girls which have places that are classier and cooler than this KPO joint. Clean up your act KPO!

Great chicken wings, great ambiance (especially rooftop!), beautiful people around BUT extremely poor service!! Everything's slow(even they have hell lotsa waitresses)!!! (Except 1 particular Malay gal)Most of the waitresses weren't very friendly and the cashier was rude!
