Marina Bay brewpub gets saucy for new brunch
Condiments! Yes, the presentation is superb, the portions generous by local standards, the carbon count in their beers is under control, and the view still one of the best in the Bay. But it’s the humble sauces that steal the show. The made-in-house blonde lager tomato ketchup served with the all-day breakfast ($25++) has an instantly satisfying zest when taken with the blocky duck-fat chips. And the beef gravy, with a choice of three roasts (grain-fed beef, whole roast chicken, Scottish salmon, $38++) has a wickedly addictive depth of flavour. Service can be – yawn – a bit dizzy, but otherwise this a spacious, elegant and relaxed space to throw away a Sunday. Sharing options for groups are available from $125++ for the Australian lamb shoulder, including mixed vegetables.

First service was slow.
The bar food was terrible.
Then we order shots for our party.
They brought out the wrong drinks (not even the right alcohol we ordered) and charged us almost $25 a shot for shots they only filled half a glass for (of the wrong drink) .. probably the worst bar I've been to ever, massive trap for tourists and people they think are on expenses.
Would be surprised if the owners even come back themselves
