An eccentric rooftop bar facing Raffles Hotel
Odeon Towers’ newly revamped alfresco space bills itself as Singapore’s first standalone rooftop bar, but the draw equally comes from its South-East Asian-driven food and cocktails. Have the Lamb Rack Lollipops ($28) with Sarawak peppercorn sauce and a glass of Penang Padi ($17; vanilla vodka, lime juice, soya sauce, raw brown sugar, fresh chilli) on hand.
Happy hour: Mon-Fri, 5++ on beer, house pour and wine from 5 to 5.59pm, $6++ from 6-6.59pm, $7++ from 7-7.59pm and $8++ drinks from 8-8.59pm

I first came here in 2006. I'll be coming this August with my boyf and this will be the first stop on the Saturday night. Best view to laze away the evening under a canopy of stars and neon with a glass in hand (cocktails v good here),and a smile :)

probably the best bar in singapore. great vibe, superb cocktails. always packed so try to make reservations.

Last week of December? With all the rain? I would prefer to go to Suntec's Balaclava. However if outdoor is really what you want, I think you can do One Rochester, Cicada or Oosh.
