Long before the Martini became trendy, there was the Grand Hyatt’s Martini Bar. Housed inside the hotel’s showy Mezza 9 restaurant, this glass-walled space is a nice spot for a pre-dinner Martini. If you can’t choose from the 30 on offer ($19-$38), try the lychee version. Sit at the bar overlooking busy Scotts Road, or sink into a sofa.
