Got a hankering for a headless beer with uninterrupted views of a construction site? Then take yourself down to One Fullerton where the Lo & Behold Group recently opened this bar-cum-restaurant. With The White Rabbit and Loof as company cousins, this new waterfront spot just along from the Merlion should be something to write home about, but sadly it’s not. Lovely staff it may correctly boast – but work a beer tap or a till they cannot. Based on a 1960s American diner, the interior design is only vaguely retro-funky and the fries from the menu this writer tried were overcooked and overpriced. Having said that, the rest of the menu looks enticing and in line with a theme of eggs. Consider the truffled egg toast for a taste of the exotic, or the pancakes with egg and bacon for something a little off the beaten track. And do pop in for the outdoor seating, evening views of the bay and a reasonably fresh sea breeze.

I just dined at OverEasy of the "famous" Lo and Behold Group and the above reader is totally right except maybe the view has improved.
