Housed in a nondescript location next to the Maserati showroom, this place doesn’t often have random walk-ins; instead, it’s mostly frequented by regulars and whisky specialists coming for a taste of their favourite malt. Opened just a few months ago by a whisky-loving husband-and-wife team, it stocks over 100 different kinds of the ‘water of life’ (mostly Scotch), and then some, from places like Wales, Ireland, Japan, America, Canada and even India. Not that they’ll turn you away, but if you are looking for whisky green tea drinks, you might want to go elsewhere; here, you sip your whisky neat or with a sturdy, egg-sized lump of ice.
