While drinks here don’t come cheap, they’re quality tipples. Premium spirits – Valt, Sullivan’s Cove and Hendrick’s Gin – are on offer, along with wines from Astrolabe (New Zealand) and Tinazzi (Italy), formerly only sold privately.
