At a vast 5,000 sq ft, Timbre’s largest outpost delivers good food, drinks and plenty of live music, with an outstanding open-air environment surrounded by contemporary art. The greenery makes for an unusual and highly edifying treat, Timbre striking a new chord and in doing so seem likely to have presented Singapore with a venue that will get people talking. There’s music every night and the menu includes soups, salads, mains ($18-$28), tapas ($13-$18), pastas ($16-$23) and signature thin-crust pizzas ($16-$22).
