Café del Mar

Despite its international affiliation, Café Del Mar doesn’t blow you away like you thought it might after making the trek to its beachside spot on Sentosa. Maybe it’s the lacklustre drinks or uninformed service, all of which contribute to a less-than-perfect experience. To its credit though, the bar boasts a nice setup with its strategically positioned pool that allows you to appreciate gorgeous dual views of both the sunset and beachwearclad pilgrims who’ve come seeking a taste of Ibiza. Its spot-on repertoire of languid tunes on slow afternoons and more upbeat tracks at its Saturday foam parties also keeps things exciting.
