Time Out says

Amid the influx of new clubs sprouting up all over the island, Mansion Bay stands out with its three-in-one concept and massive standalone location on the outskirts of the CBD. Taking over the sprawling two-storey space next to the Esplanade Mall (formerly occupied by Thai disco Titanium), the venue is big enough to house up to 1,000 bodies. Since opening in April, it’s seen mostly younger crowds – mainly club kids looking for a Zouk alternative.

On the ground level is the alfresco M Bar, a small area with high chairs and a pool table for those who want to chill out with a drink in hand. Next to it sits the inconspicuous entrance of Mansion, leading to the main club floor (above which is the as-of-yet- unopened Madison Lounge), which features a huge DJ console studded with LED panels on top of a stage, spacious VIP booths surrounding a cosy, marbled dance floor, velvety purple couches and standing tables scattered about.

The party programming thus far has seen guest DJs such as Helena, Ryan Ash, Jessica Who and The Faders mainly serving up Top 40s and techno along with resident DJ Jazzy on weekends. It’s free entry for ladies at the moment; men must pay for bottle service to get in (three men/bottle, $180- $2,588). Also watch out for ‘Triple S’ giveaways – Saturday night, Single lady, Single winner – where prizes like champagne, cash or coveted phones are up for grabs.
