Industry mainstay, nightlife veteran and restaurateur Michel Lu continues with a bang as his latest dance club/restaurant (Stereolab/Stereolounge) opens its doors this month. The club’s crowning glory is its custom-built sound system courtesy of Systems by Shorty (USA).

I like the place! It is one of the new clubs to go to, and i put it on par with East Village. It is about the vibe and music, not about how much your sound system costs or should sound like... my and friends and myself have been to the worst one off nights and venues but they still kill it.

Are you guys kidding me? Their lineup is legendary! Ramesh K (Centro), Brendon P (ex-Zouk) and Godwin (Centro, MOS, Supperclub) are some of the best DJs in Singapore!

The system is nothing to rave about, music is crappy, and the place presents an overly pretentious vibe. I wonder how long it can last!

Could be any one one of twenty clubs out there. No point paying all that money on sound systems if you don't have the right 'equipment' operating the decks! Music was very average on my two visits.
