Dinner - prefer to see allocated seating for dinner. Valentines day meal - had to find our own seat in a "first in best seated" race. Bar service for dining is slow. Cutlery missing and no service staff around to help; plates are delivered with sloppiy service. I am ok with confronting or challenging tradition but dessert was served in an ashtray. Seems like this place is understaffed or the head of service doesn't know classy. The rest rooms are like a prison - it's dark and messy. Some very well meaning staff but the whole picture fails dramatically and it's such a shame because there's so much potential. Great late night dancing as always praises to the DJ who save the reputation for this space.
