Not based on a true story, but inspired by similar events, this film tells the terrifying tale of the Hoyt family (not their real surname) while vacationing in their home (rumoured to be in Arkansas) on February 2005. What starts as a joyous occasion for couple Kristen McKay (Tyler) and James Hoyt (Speedman) gets ugly when a knock on the door at 4am introduces a masked stranger with macabre intentions.
