Alliance Française de Singapour brings this carnivalesque music festival that’s held in cities like Berlin and Geneva to Singapore’s riverside. Acts include rock covers band Aziz & Friends, Latin Affairs Band, and French-Caribbean jazz singer Andayoma in a duet with homegrown crooner Bevlyn Khoo.
