Charles Ives’ beautiful, enigmatic ‘The Unanswered Question’, Ravel’s ravishing Suite No. 2 from ‘Daphnis et Chloé’ and Stravinsky’s powerful ‘Petrushka’ (1947) were obviously chosen to show off the individual young talents in the orchestra. Led by Wang Ya-Hui, here’s one that’s not to be missed.
