Highly regarded for its ceaseless vim and vigour, this seven-piece band, led by the internationally acclaimed guitar veteran Michael O’Reilly, boasts an extensive repertoire of R&B, soul and even calypso to complement your every vinous occasion. Having toured Asia, the Middle East, North America and Europe, Shades promises a riveting performance carried by the flawless vocals of LA Benjamin, Vanessa Lee and Jose Watkins, and the exquisite musical artistry of keyboardist Bernard Ferrier, drummer Troy Covington and bassist Ian Fletcher. So swing by BRIX at 9.30pm from Monday through to Saturday to witness this soul-pop outfit work its musical magic.
