The service is mixed, the food is consistent but the view is fantastic and so value for money is not so important. Dinner outside at Indochine Waterfront or at the next door Siem Reap Cafe (also owned by Indochine) is a must for visitors to Singapore and those wanting a reliable venue for a date or a romantic view over Boat Quay but with none of the noise and hassle.
