The excellent homey menu (courtesy of recipes from the family of Adrian Zecha, the guy behind the AmanResorts) centres around daily set specials, which don’t change all that often. The Tuesday set, for instance, is a superb beef stew – the meat fork-tender and perfumed with salty-sweet soy sauce, alongside a huge mound of mash, cauliflower and broccoli stir fried with garlic and perfectly grilled peppers. Side dishes include fried chicken wings served with a terrific mango and cucumber salsa; crisp spring rolls with fresh basil and mint; and intensely flavoured carrot and potato soups. A special delivery service to nearby offices, in tiffin containers, is offered to members.
Tiffin Club was the winner in our recent Eating Al Desko - Working Lunch feature.
And was featured in our recent Comfort Food - Basic Instincts - Where to Eat feature.
