This French restaurant is known for their chef's, André Chiang, rendition of the five temperatures of traditional rabbit served In two services prepared 'À La Chasseusse' or the hunter’s method where you'll have the entire rabbit grilled, poached, prepared with a risotto, as a broth and confit.
