It’s no surprise that the compact menu is almost exclusively meat-based. The steaks are cooked and served on fragrant oak planks – a technique favoured by South Americans and apparently the first of its kind in Singapore – and accompanied by grilled vegetables and fries. With the most expensive item on the menu being the filet mignon – $36 for a 160g slab and $42 for the 220g cut – expect a fairly substantial meal that won’t have you thinking nervously of your wallet the way an outing to Morton’s does. The mushroom linguine, of all things, is unexpectedly good.

On addition to my previous post: Except for the potatoes (roast and chips), the meals needed some other vegetables to accompany them.
Greeted courteously at the door. The restaurant wasn't too busy at the time and we were given a table very quickly. Tried the rib steak and pork ribs. Both were done to a treat. Even had dessert too! Staff were all extremely friendly (major plus), nice restaurant, food was very good and not over priced. See you again!
This "restaurant" proves that Singapore should forget about trying to do Western food.
We dropped into Prime Society last weekend. We've been meaning to go for a while and had actually decided to go to Margarita's although 7 (yes we spoke to 7) dozy waiting staff (inclduing the manager) couldn't get it together to tell us a) whether they had a table and b) how long it would be if we had to wait, so after 15 minutes of shocking 'first impressions' at Margaritas, we dropped in to Prime Society. Although fully booked, we were offered a table on the veranda, which although a little low (we were warned!), actually proved to be very pleasant.....soft lighting, Al Fresco dining and with great service from polite, prompt and proactive staff. We opted for a large Filet, and the Duck burger (which came with Fois Gras and a delicious chutney), both of which had wonderful crunchy fries which unlike most of singapore had been cooked in FRESH oil. Don't expect the worlds most exciting cuisine but do expect good quality 'classics with a twist' at pretty reasonable prices, a good, unpretentious atmosphere and of course great bloody marys!! A good place to chill out with some friends on an informal evening! See you again soon.
Hmmm... Think most of the restaurants in Simgapore will have X'mas lunch/dinner, maybe you can try The Marmalade Pantry, Fabbrica or White Bait & Kale? I like hotel X'mas lunch like the Fullerton! Yum Yum!
I am from Dubai and will be spending Christmas in Singapore.I am looking for a restaurant that will be serving a Christmas lunch/dinner on Christmas Day.
