PS Cafe - Dempsey Road
Imagine having a restaurant so busy that you refuse to answer the telephone at all. Well, here it is. PS Cafe only takes bookings by SMS and does not take bookings at all for brunch on Sunday. But it is worth the wait – just check out the huge pieces of home-made rocky-road on the counter as you walk in. The menu is quite restricted but delicious, and the service is brisk. Sit indoors near the open kitchen or outside overlooking the leafy environs. On Sundays, expect a 30-minute wait – don’t fret as we have seen some others doing, just put your name down and stroll around Dempsey Road for a while. Actually, that should help to ensure that you can manage all three courses.
Other branches: PS Cafe at The Paragon and PS Cafe at Palais Renaissance.

Perfect place to unwind. Great food and great service but the cosy relaxing atmosphere is what really impressed me. I've sat outside on the deck among the trees and kicked back in the comfy indoor lounge seating. It feels like you are a thousand miles away from frantic Singapore. Kudos on creating the perfect ambiance!!
Ate there 4-20-09...staff was wonderful.Food was wonderful....could not have been better.
I was there last sat and made no reservation so had to leave by 8pm s they fully booked that nite. We obliged but casually mentioned if there is a table for desserts pls let us know. The staff attended to us simply brushed our request with her eyes rolling to-and-fro and keep trying us - will try. By 7.30pm, there was no update from this staff and we decided to leave. I wonder is it cos we're looked differently and not "angmo"
last nite went there and met with a fren. easy to find the place but it closed too early, around 10.40pm plus, no more drinks can order. so we just sit there for another half an hours. Relax n full of greenery, ambience and cosy. Will go again.
Found the staff v v rude all 3x i've been there. Once, i was the first of the bunch to arrive and decided to have a drink while waiting. They refused to seat me asking that i stand by the entrance as the tables in the bar area were full - NOT. 2 big tables were empty but apparently reserved. Told them i'd be happy to move once the guests had arrived. After some discussion, i was still told "no" and to boot, the mojito was watery. Their beef rendang lacked oomph and desserts were too cloyingly sweet. Having said which, loved the ambience outside.
The wines & cocktail is some much special that U wouldn't easily get to find in others restur.almost a full list of wines and any cocktail U wish to drink can request from the bartender. They will do their best to make the drinks for u . Some bar special cocktail U want to try out check with the bartender that night. Drink dont drive..!
28 Aug - Service still unbelievably fast - dont order until you are ready to eat - food still very good.
