NYC underground-inspired gastrobar

Time Out says

The newly refurbished China Square sees a host of new tenants, among them this gastrobar that promises to keep the literary juices flowing – and claims to be inspired by watering holes frequented by the likes of Oscar Wilde and Ernest Hemingway. Bar bites and fuss-free fusion fare such as the smoked duck breast ($18) with honey-roasted potatoes and a yuzu dressing and the 180g Grilled Meltique Beef ($24) rule the roost here, while your pick of poison includes a selection of Euro and Asian craft beers like the Wychwood Hobgoblin ($14) from the UK and Japan’s Yona Yona ($12).
