While we’re saddened to see the hospital beds and wheelchairs of Clinic roll away, it’s time to let go. In its place is this ‘restobar’ with aqua blue-tinted windows that, from the outside, make guests look like they are submerged in a swimming pool. While tucking into chef Ivan Ho’s Asian dishes with a Western twist – think laksa seafood skewer, braised curry coconut beef balls and, for dessert, pandan cotta – easy-listening tunes are being put on by acoustic band JJ Live! live band (7-10pm). Resident band John Molina & Krueger takes over at 10.30pm. Aquanova Mojitos are available to be sipped late into the night.
