To enter this little shophouse is to step into another world – lined with romantic Art Nouveau timber panelling, wall lamps, marble-topped tables and sparkling glints of Klimt artwork, it’s old Vienna come to life and transplanted to the tropics. The fiaker gulasch– a large serving of tender beef cuts, fried egg, sausage and a huge bread dumpling – is terrific. Or just come for the house-ground coffee, a slice of the dense, chocolately Sachertorte and daily newspapers from around the world.

Seems the Wiener Kaffeehaus does not exists anymore, on the given address nobody knows about the venue and the website and the phone number is not working. Sad would be nice to have a piece of sachertorte and melange cafe :)
